I partner with women in midlife to cultivate sustainable health through structured habits, thoughtful nutrition, and supportive accountability. Somatic movement and strength practices are woven into the daily rhythms that shape lasting wellness.
I see the body as a living system — more like a permaculture garden than a machine. Everything interacts in harmony: hydration restores the soil, muscle strengthens the roots, breath nurtures the nervous system, and sleep replenishes energy. Daily habits determine what flourishes, and careful, intentional cultivation allows vitality to bloom.
My work blends habit-based health coaching with somatic strength, mobility training, and progressive resistance practices designed to support bone density, muscle mass, and long-term wellness. With certifications in functional fitness, holistic nutrition, and somatic movement, alongside years of experience guiding women through midlife transitions, I help cultivate practices that are safe, effective, and deeply aligned with each individual’s personal garden of health.

I work with each woman as if tending her own living garden. First, we observe what’s already thriving and where care can help it grow. We explore movement, nutrition, habits, and energy patterns — noticing how each element interacts within her unique ecosystem.
From there, we plant practices with intention:
small, sustainable habits, somatic movement, mobility and strength work, and nutrition practices that fit naturally into daily life. Accountability and reflection act as gentle supports, helping habits take root and flourish.Every plan is personalized. Every practice is adaptable.
